I was in a very bad place and therapy helped me to get myself back. More importantly, therapy helped to bring more awareness and acceptance in myself, which was really needed. So I would like to thank my therapist, you have helped me bring light to problems which I was pushing away constantly and have really helped me get awareness of who I am and to accept the reality. You have helped me to bring awareness about my insecurities and to work on them and will always be thankful. 🙂
I have been suffering from anxiety for over 4 years. It was in March 2021 when I decided to finally work on it. After doing an extremely exhausting research on online therapy, I finally settled with the conclusion that I was never going to find a good therapist for myself. This was until I found u&I. If Sakshi (my therapist) would not have been extremely prompt and ready to schedule a session for me asap, I would have sunk deeper into my difficulties. I learnt from this healing was that it will take time. If you can't give yourself time, then who will? If it wasn't for my therapist, I wouldn't have given myself the chance to become emotionally independent and heal.
