Hi. I’m Dr. Chinmay Kulkarni, consultant psychiatrist practising at Mumbai Psychiatry Clinics, Powai. I am interested in spreading mental health awareness and work towards removing stigma related to mental health in the society. I write articles related to mental health which are published in print and digital media. I’ve also appeared on FM radios multiple times as an expert of mental health. I’ve conducted workshops for corporates and have conducted multiple webinars related to different aspects of mental health.

I hope that through U & I we can reach to a large section of population who is suffering in silence due to stigma or lack of awareness. We should try to create a safe place for talking about mental health which can be replicated in different spheres of the society.
